Minecraft Bedrock Edition has secret items. These are hidden items that can't be found in the creative inventory. These are items that you can only get through commands. Make sure that in your world settings cheats are enabled, and that you're in creative mode.
Here is the full list of every secret item in Minecraft Bedrock Edition and what they do:
enchanted_book = This item is a normal enchanted book with no enchantments. This item can't be used to upgrade items.
unlit_redstone_torch = This block is a unlit redstone torch. Normally, redstone torches only spawn lit. Unless this block gets activated through a redstone source, this torch will remain unit.
lit_furnace = This block looks like a lit furnace and will emit light. However, when you open the block nothing will be inside. Normally, furnaces can only be lit when using fuel inside of them.
lit_redstone_ore = This redstone ore block is constantly lit, unless something stands on it or a redstone source deactivates it. Normally, redstone ore blocks can only be lit if you stand on it.
lit_smoker = This block looks like a lit smoker and will emit light. However, when you open the block nothing will be inside. Normally, smokers can only be lit when using fuel inside of them.
lit_blast_furnace = This block looks like a lit blast furnace and will emit light. However, when you open the block nothing will be inside. Normally, blast furnaces can only be lit when using fuel inside of them.
lit_redstone_lamp = This block is a lit redstone lamp block, unless a redstone source deactivates it. Normally, redstone lamps will only be activated when activated through a redstone source.
portal = The command /setblock ~ ~ ~ portal spawns 1 portal block at your current position.
end_portal = The command /setblock ~ ~ ~ end_portal spawns 1 end portal block at your current position.
water = The command /setblock ~ ~ ~ water spawn 1 water block at your current position.
lava = The command /setblock ~ ~ ~ lava spawns 1 lava block at your current position.
