This is a simple tutorial on how to use the /gamerule command.
The /gamerule command enables and disables certain premissions. For example: if you wanted to disable PVP, you would type: /gamerule pvp false
There is a large list of premissions that you can change. Here is a full list of every premission in Minecraft Bedrock Edition that you can change with the /gamerule command:
commandblockoutput = This is on by default. If this is on, admins will be notified if a command block performs an action.
commandblocksenabled = This is on by default if cheats are enabled. If this is on, you'll have the ability to use command blocks.
dodaylightcycle = This is on by default. If this is off, the time will stop at the current moment.
doentitydrops = This is on by default. If a player breaks a boat with this off, the player won't be able to pick up the boat.
dofiretick = This is on by default. If this is on, fire will naturally spread and extinguish.
doimmediaterespawn = This is off by default. If a player dies while this is on, the player will immediatly respawn. The death screen will not appear.
doinsomnia = This is on by default. If this is off, phantoms will not spawn if a player hasn't slept.
domobloot = This is on by default. If this is on, mobs will not drop loot when killed.
domobspawning = This is on by default. If this is off, mobs will not spawn naturally.
doweathercycle = This is on by default. If this is off, the weather will stop at it's current cycle.
drowningdamage = This is on by default. If this is off, players will not recieve damage if they start to drown.
falldamage = This is on by default. If this is off, all mobs will not recieve damage when falling from high heights.
firedamage = This is on by default. If this is off, no mob will recieve damage when going through fire and soul fire.
freezeddamage = This is on by default. If this is off, players will not recieve damage if they fall in powdered snow.
functioncommandlimit = This is set to 10,000 by default. This determines the maximum length for function commands.
keepinventory = This is off by default. If this is on, players will keep all the items in their inventory if they die.
maxcommandchainlength = This is set to 65,536 by default. This determines the maximum length of command chains.
mobgriefing = This is on by default. If this is off, mobs can't pick up or change blocks.
naturalregeneration = This is on by default. If this is off, players can't naturally regenerate health through their hunger bar. You can only regenerate health through potions, golden apples, enchanted golden apples, and effects.
pvp = This is on by default. If this is off, players won't recieve damage if they attack each other.
randomtickspeed = This is set to 1 by default. The random tick speed determines how fast the world moves. The higher the random tick speed, the faster the world will function.
respawnblocksexplode = This is on by default. If this is off, respawn anchors and beds won't explode.
sendcommandfeedback = This is on by default. If this is off, you won't recieve a notification in the chat if you run any commands.
showcoordinates = This is off by default. If this is on, coordinates will appear in the corner of your screen.
showdeathmessages = This is on by default. If this is off, a message in the chat won't appear if a player dies.
showtags = This is on by default. If this is off, tags such as "Can be placed on" and "Can destroy" will not be displayed in item lore.
spawnradius = This is set to 5 by default. This determinds how far from the world spawn point you can spawn.
tntexplodes = This is on by default. If this is off, TNT blocks can't explode or be lit.

Let's look at some examples on how to create /gamerule commands:
